Radon testing during real estate transactions requires additional quality assurance steps. MKE FreshAir Collective follows the the National Radon Proficiency Program's standards for radon testing during real estate transactions. 

We offer this testing for a flat rate of $150. 

With this testing, you will receive results after just 48 hours, instead of waiting results from an out of state laboratory. It requires running two continous radon monitors simultaneously. We will take the average of the two results to determine the radon levels inside the home.
